LOOK.. some things simply cannot be fixed. Throwing 18 trillion dollars at social programs of which many of these dollars were diverted to 'better' those that are less fortunate (aka as being too far on the left side of the Bell Curve) has changed life course for but few. This should surprise no one.

It is time to no longer artificially 'better' these people and instead requie that they use what wits they have to survive in our society. Sure, some will gravitate to crime while others do not. This must be done soon before they double their present number as they did during the past 35 years.

They lived lazily and sometimes even lavishly during the past 45 year age of 'great' society programs. No longer can the nation afford such largesse nor should it ever have implemented such programs in the first place.

Social programs directed to 'the poor' since 1965 have cost our nation many trillions of dollars. To date this exceeds the current National Debt. If these social programs are not soon stopped the result may well be economic calamity for the nation.

That day is soon to arrive if measures to significantly reduce social spending are not implemented.. and be made permanent. Once eliminated, they are never to return. Those disagreeing can move to another nation or continent where they can fashion the type society they want and do so dolely at their risk and expense.

Structured payments is used for somebody who has a large balance that's due that they owe whether it's for an item, line of work, etc. they set it up to where you can pay the balance in full over a certain period of time. Making weekly,monthly, yearly or whatever else type payments that they have agreed to.

I think welfare should go first. (And I'm black, so I won't cry racism: even though I don't like the term "negroes".) Welfare was started to assist those who were having a hard time because of a drug addiction, abuse, etc., etc. Now I think it's been abused and it's not being used for what it was created before. No. EI benefits are not the same as social assistance payments so you don't need to enter them here.

Forex.com has received mediocre reviews over the years. All Forex brokers aren't good. Forex.com is one of the better ones however.

Having said that… the better brokers are;

Interbankfx
FXCM

Keep in mind… this is not a resounding recommendation.

As you most likely know…. it'll take you 3-5 years to become consistently profitable trading anything. Stocks are easier (not easy… just easier)… so you may want to start there. Most people wash out in weeks or a few months with Forex. Read as many books as you can on trading & in a year you can consider opening a Forex trading account.

I used this as the basis of a system to trade stocks. It worked, but only if you use it long and short. I abandoned it because the equity curve was not very smooth. Adding filters on market conditions helps, i.e. you take trades only when the market trends.

I believe that the record for 0-120-0 was set by a '66 Cobra 427SC(semi-competition) back a few years ago when Cycle World tested one against a Yamaha V-Max in the same category. The car was 12.88 seconds, don't remember the bike time though.

cobra is a short term insurance. lets say you're getting divorced and you had insurance through your husband. with cobra you use his insurance but have to pay for it. in the mean time you have to find your own. i remember for me it was way too much. i'd stay away from cobra if possible. go with the 37 per paycheck, put look at what it covers first. talk to someone about it if you need to. it's their job to explain things to you. good luck
